With over a decade of experience in the Fire Service and a background in large commercial plumbing projects, he recognised the opportunity to create a business that prioritises craftsmanship and customer care. Driven by a passion for helping others grow, Hayden launched his own company to apply what heโ€™s learned, focusing on delivering reliable, personalised service. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys hunting, serving his community, and traveling.
